Brother SA177 Snap-on All Metal Side Cutter for up to 7mm Zig Zag Machines

Fits Brother sewing machines with up to 7mm zigzag width. Always use scissors to start the cut in excess seam allowance so that the cut fabric can start to sew under the needle, not at the knife. Side cutter attachments cannot be used to start the cut on fabrics like sergers can. You also have to lift the presser foot to insert the precut fabric edge under the needle. The precut strip must reach back to the side cutter knife so it can continue to cut while the machine is sewing.
